HDB Resale Market: The public housing resale market has experienced a notable surge, with prices still increasing. This escalation is attributed to strong demand coupled with limited supply.


Private Residential Sector: Buyer sentiment in the private residential market has improved, spurred by stabilizing interest rates. Developers are anticipated to proceed with new project launches throughout 2025 given strong sales performance from what have launched so far.


Landed Property Market: The landed property segment continues to demonstrate resilience and growth, driven by sustained demand from higher-income groups seeking larger living spaces. This trend underscores the rising demand for private condominiums and larger HDB units, particularly among higher-income groups.
